When mental health and physical pain intertwine, life can feel even more isolating. Chronic pain is invisible, yet constant. It can make you feel unseen, unheard, and misunderstood. You learn to mask your symptoms because you’re tired of explaining, tired of justifying, tired of feeling like a burden.

Our mission is to help unmask your thoughts and feelings, to create a space where you don’t have to hide, where your voice matters, and where your experiences are honoured. No one should feel invisible. No one should feel alone.

Today I want to take a moment to recognise the incredible people who are showing up every single day for men’s mental health — especially the amazing team at Community Furniture Hub.
To the advocates, the volunteers, the staff, the friends and supporters creating safe spaces for honest conversations — thank you. What you do matters more than you may ever fully see.
For too long, many men have been told to stay silent, to “be strong,” to carry everything alone. The work being done at Community Furniture Hub helps challenge that. You’re helping to rewrite the narrative. You’re reminding men that strength includes vulnerability, that asking for help is courage, and that no one has to face their struggles in isolation.
Because of you: Conversations are happening, stigma is breaking down, people feel supported and connected, lives are being changed and saved.

Nuneaton's new charity shop but with a lovely cause!
These guys do household removals etc and turn second hand furniture into beautiful items to buy! Honestly i have walked away some bits today
Unlike a lot of other charity shops, these guys are supporting men’s mental health! Something I'm very very passionate about.
The whole team are absolutely incredible, each and everyone of them! You can find them at

No this isn’t a paid advert, They asked if I could share a post if there’s but once I found out the cause they’re funding I had to jump behind!
